Daruma Dojo offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo programs for kids and adults in Sunnyvale. Kids as young as 4 years old can start classes at Daruma Dojo. Daruma Dojo also provides Women’s Self-Defense Classes.
Dasalla’s Martial Arts
Dasalla’s Martial Arts is a karate school. They offer diverse programs for various age groups, including their “Tiny Champs” class for 5 to 6-year-olds, “Champs in Training” for 7 to 11-year-olds, and sessions for teens and adults aged 12 and up. They offer classes at least twice a week. They recently introduced sparring classes. Dasalla’s Martial Arts prioritizes life skills such as discipline, determination, and dedication. They are located in Sunnyvale.
Bay Area Chess
Bay Area Chess operates chess clubs, chess classes, tournaments, and championships for kids who love or have an interest in learning to play chess. Their clubs are in Santa Clara, Cupertino, Palo Alto, and San Jose. Their activities are good for kids from kindergarten through high school.
California Conservatory of Music
California Conservatory of Music provides private one-on-one guitar, piano, violin, and voice lessons for students of all ages and levels. Every student can schedule one free 15-minute introductory lesson before signing up for the weekly lessons.
Code For Fun
Code For Fun provides after-school coding programs for kids and teens. Their lessons develop critical STEM skills taught through their proprietary curricula with engaging and effective hands-on projects using project-based and inquiry-based learning. Topics offered include Python, Data Detectives, Roblox, Game Design, Scratch, HTML, and much more.
Euroskill Water Polo and Swimming
Euroskill Water Polo and Swimming introduces kids to sport aquatics such as non-competitive and competitive swimming and water polo (including preparing teams for Junior Olympics). They provide activities throughout the year. They are training in Sunnyvale (Fremont High School and Columbia Middle School) and in Cupertino (Homestead High School). They teach kids from the age of 6 to 19.
Inspire Behavioral Learning, LLC
Inspire Behavioral Learning, LLC provides ESL tutoring, academic tutoring in English and math, and enrichment in multiple subjects.
Rancho Rinconada
Rancho Rinconada offers swimming lessons, a swim team, and pre-comp swimming during the year. They are located in Cupertino.
Swoon Learning
Swoon Learning offers ChessMath and scratch coding classes. ChessMath is an online or onsite group activity for grades 1-6 that focuses on the comprehension and understanding of mathematics, taught through the medium of chess by expert academic coaches over 6 weeks (12 hours total). Their enrichment activities allow students to pursue interests and nurture talents beyond traditional academics.
Tiny Treks
Tiny Treks Parent/Child outdoor program explores our local open spaces, parks, lakes, badlands, and more – rain or shine. The South Bay region is ideal for the following cities: San Jose, South San Jose, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Fremont, Willow Glen, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy. Tiny Treks Parent/Child classes are designed for children aged 12 months up to 7 years old.
Tutu School
Tutu school offers ballet classes for kids 18 months to 8 years old and registration is always ongoing through the year. Our group gets 50% off the first month of classes at Tutu School Sunnyvale.
